These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by our company to consumers and users who act for purposes related to the business.
These general conditions have effect from the date of acceptance of the same by the customer on the site, which is in effect as acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the civil code.
Idrolux reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, reporting them to the site.
Any contractual or extra-contractual liability of the company for damages is excluded
direct or indirect to people and / or things caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
Method of Purchase.
The purchase of the products takes place through access to the site and the related registration. For each of the products a description is available on the site containing the main characteristics of the same. All purchase support information is intended as a simple general information material.
It is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be fully representative of its characteristics, but differ in color, size, accessory products in the figure.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by our company through an automatic reply by e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will include an "order number", to be used in the case of any communication with the company. The message will report all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer can read all the bank details
to make the payment correctly, once the same mode has been selected.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, our company guarantees timely communication to the customer.
Terms of payment.
All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public. Prices may vary without notice and the only correct price is to be considered as indicated at the time of order confirmation.
On certain products, subject to price promotions, the company reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered canceled.
In the case of purchase of goods with "credit card" payment methods, at the same time as the online transaction is concluded, the reference bank will authorize the sole commitment of the amount relative to the purchase made.
In the case of purchase of goods with payment methods "bank transfer" you can make the credit only after confirming the purchase with the same method.
The purpose of the transfer must include the order number that will be displayed at the time it is confirmed. Within 2/5 working days from the execution, we will verify the accreditation and we will send the goods, except for unforeseen events for which timely telephone and / or e-mail communication will be given.
The company reserves the right to cancel the order in case of non-receipt of the bank transfer. In the event that the amount of the transfer does not correspond to the amount of the order, the company will contact you to agree on how to proceed with the order.
Customers are advised to keep a copy of the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment.
The goods are sent only after receipt of the credit.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the customer and in case of non-acceptance of the same by the company, the cancellation will be made and the release of the amount committed (the time of release depends exclusively on the system banking). Once the transaction has been canceled, the company can not be held responsible for any damages deriving from the release of the amount committed by the banking system.
